Liked: It''s really friendly place. It's not a great apartments but it's a great place to stay for a week in Barcelona and it's worth its price.

Liked: Comfy bed. Some staff friendly. Clean and tidy. Free towels - even to take to the beach.

Disliked: Some staff were not friendly. I was woken on average 5 times a night from people shutting (slamming) their doors. I dont think it helped that I had room 1 which was next to the shower room/WC which I can only assume was on a self close (self slam) unit.

Liked: Brilliant location, so close to all the sights, restaurants, bars and las ramblas. The dorm was clean and modern, the bathrooms were clean and the staff were friendly. I felt safe.

Disliked: Althought the staff were helpful, they had little knowledge of the local area, e.g. where nearest supermarket is or a good place to eat locally. Some were helpful and gave us some good recommendations but on the whole I think they would benefit from having more knowledge or at least a book where guests can leave recommendations. There was no common room or kitchen which was fine for a short stay like ours but might be a downside if travelling for a longer period. Overall though, an excellent hostel.

Liked: Central, quite clean and safe, these are the good points...

Disliked: The room was small and claustrophobic, with no opening window. At the time there was a terrible smell of rotten eggs, according to another traveller, since 2 days. Other hostels in Barcelona might be well worse than this: I don't have enough elements as to not recommend this one but definitely not a pleasant experience.

Liked: The best place ever to stay in Barcelona! It is located in the very heart of the city, just a few steps from Rambla. We easily walked on foot to the most prominent places in the city: Plaça d’Espanya, Montjuïc, Casa Batlló, Casa Milà and Sagrada Família. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Is there anything else one could desire?

Liked: We really enjoyed staying here. We were here at the tail end of our trip and wanted somplace clean and comfortable to stay a little further back off of the Rambla. This place really delivered. The staff is very friendly, the rooms VERY quiet, and the location is really great. It's close to the metro station and within walking distance to placa catalunya, so it's still local, just quieter.

Disliked: Nothing. It was great.

Liked: brand new super clean big room with AC! plus very helpful staff. one of the best hostels I've stayed in.

Disliked: didn't bother me but some people were complaining about elevator being broken, I guess if you have a lot of luggage it might be annoying

Liked: A excellent place to stay in the short term. Very clean, nice sheets and oversized showerheads were a nice touch. Highly reccommended. Will be back soon I hope!

Liked: I slept like a baby every single night! It was a great break from other hostels. And it's really clean and tidy. I just loved the place, and I became good friends with my roommates. Oh and the location is priceless! It's the best location in Barcelona!

Disliked: It doesn't have breakfast included in the price

Liked: Clean toilets and showers. Big lockers. The price.

Disliked: No personal lamps by the beds so when one person wants to stay up late reading or something the whole room is lit up and it is hard to sleep. One of the staff was asleep one night and the door was open. Anyone could have walked in.

Liked: had a private room so that was awesome. great location right in the middle of a lively setting, beach is a 10 min walk. LOCATION!!

Disliked: this hostel was extremely hard to find, theres not a big sign outside and its really easy to walk pass it. Once its found though, its a great place to centralize in Barcelona. Recommended.

Liked: The location.

Disliked: Not as clean as described. Shower stall had hair all over. Only three showers for the whole hostel. Not sure what the "new concept" they describe is. It's just a regular hostel with private rooms. Rooms were not very cosy. Staff were not particularly helpful, they didn't suggest that much knowledgable information about the city when we asked. Staff were not particularly organized as well- they didn't know how much to charge us for our stay and after we left, we reazlied they even overcharged us.

Liked: Great Location, Clean, Has Air Conditioning, Quiet

Disliked: Not much. Lockers slightly on the small side, I was able to fit my baggage but if you travel with a full size suitcase, that wouldn't fit. No real worries though, just need to lock up the valuables. This hostel even contacted me to ask if a Sony PSP they found was ours! Very impressive indeed.

Liked: The hostel was close to La Rambla, it was very secure, well taken care of.

Disliked: Staff are very helpful when asked but not engaging like some other hostels.
