This property has 5 one-bedroom apartments and 5 two bedroom apartments and they have recently been renovated and they all offer a fully equipped kitchen.

This brand newly furnished apartment is situated around 15 minutes walking from the centre of Barcelona and three minutes to metro. It is also ideal for business clients as Plaza Espanya and the FIRA exhibition centre is located just 2 metro stops away or around 15 minutes walking.

The one-bedroom apartment has a double bed and two more people can easily be accommodated in the living on the sofa bed. The space won't be a problem even for four people as the apartments has 55 sq meters. As for its location, it is situated in an exclusive area at only 10 minutes walk from downtown or just two stops on the subway.

The apartment which has two bedrooms has one with a double bed and one with a single; in addition there is a double sofa in the front room. The apartment is very modern with a fully fitted kitchen and new bathroom with a shower.

These apartments with sleek clean lines, lots of light and a modern interior are all located in the same building. All have fully fitted kitchen, air-con and a shower and bath which is quiet an unusual feature for Barcelona!

For the discerning business traveler the apartments also have Internet and WIFI access and are well located for the FIRA in Placa Espana around 15 minutes walk or 2 stops on the metro, so is a perfect location for the many various conferences and expositions in Barcelona. For the tourists in the same area just behind Placa Espana you have the area of Monjuic which contains The Royal Palace, The Botanical Gardens, Miro Museum and some of the most spectacular views in Barcelona. In the other direction walk about 10 minutes and you are at the Passeo de Gracia, this is where two of the most spectacular Gaudi creations are located.

Five minutes walk will take you to the artist area of Raval and two of the most prestigious contemporary art galleries the MACBA and the CCCB and then a further five minutes you will be in the heart of Barcelona at the spectacular and bizarre Ramblas, with its many sites and sounds, from hen nights to animals to street performers, this street always delivers entertainment!
