Liked: Friendly helpful staff, who directed me to great little places to go which may have been difficult to find otherwise. Great location. Very clean.

Disliked: Atmosphere a little too clean, / sterile. Quiet time well enforced and rather early. ( although can understand, since walls are glass, and easy to hear through. But since I don't have trouble sleeping, I'd rather enjoy a later quiet time).

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us a map and highlighted the popular locations and how to get there. They also notified us of all the local gigs.

Disliked: From outside, there was no indication that there was a hostel within the building, which made it difficult to find, but that was because we didn't follow the instructions.

Liked: It's in a great location, in a really beautiful building. Dorms are comfortable and lots of facilities- so clean and the staff are amazingly helpful friendly and welcoming. The place has a wonderful relaxed vibe and you can really feel at home.

Disliked: nothing!

Liked: The location of the hostel is perfect! It's walking distance from Barri Gotic and La Rambla and there are plenty of trains, nightbusses and airport shuttles around. The Persian guy that welcomed me( I'm so bad with names) is super friendly and helpful and gave me a map with important spots in the area. There were some activities organized and they seemed fun, but I had friends in the city, so I hung out with them. There is free wifi and the hostel is located in a beautiful old building. Also I enjoyed the people who were staying at the hostel, they were all vert friendly and fun to hang out with.

Disliked: First of all the building is hard to find. I heard that the number is visible, but I couldn't locate it myself. Maybe an idea to put in the description what shops are surrounding the building. The hostel is a little bit small and everything is very close to each other: the kitchen, the bathrooms, the common room and the dorms. The walls of the dorms are matte, but let in the light, so that may be annoying. Also, the lockers are located outside of the dorms. The airco was really strong, so at night it got really cold and I was waking up, because I was shivering. If you want to leave your luggage after you checked out, you need to pay additional fee. I didn't party too hard, but if this is what you're going for, I don't think it is the right hostel for this.

Liked: People in there are great, everyone is smiling, there's always someone at the desk 24/7, so if you ever may need anything you know there's someone there who can help you anytime. Moreover they have a lot of activities as well, which are fun and give you the opportunity to meet new people... Moreovero you have free wi fi and there are 3 computers you can use anytime you need. Great place, seriously!

Disliked: I can't really think of something I disliked there. It was really a good staying!

Liked: Great support from staff, good facilities, got personal lockers & a location that cannot be better!!!

Disliked: It is hard to find the indicated door bell for the hostel as it was NOT indicated... other than that its quite good! although it is not the cheapest one around but the great location paid it off

Disliked: Seemed like travelers who stayed there went to bed early. Not a party hostel.

Liked: I liked the people most. The Persian guy was so friendly and helpful, and I met some nice people staying. Everyone was quiet coming into the room at night and were respectful in the main lounge, and there was a fridge/kitchen available which I wish I'd used. The mattresses were new and were really comfortable, and the building was lovely. Its very tidy and modern overall, and my stuff was safe even when I didn't have it in the locker, tho obviously I don't recommend it. The location was great as well and lots of food places and underground trains close by. I would stay again mainly because of the location and because I liked the type of people staying, many there for the Sonar Festival. They liked to party, but didn't bring it back to the hostel which is ideal for me. However, there were a/c problems and if it was the same on a second stay, then I wouldn't go back.

Disliked: The property was really hard to find, even with my friend who is usually amazing with directions. The builidng number was really high up on the building so we didn't see it and is located in a different place than when using Google maps. The first night, the air conditioning was broken and no one seemed bothered about it. We opened the windows but its on the main road and is very loud, even with earplugs, so either the heat or the noise kept you up. I got little sleep that night because I kept waking up with beads of sweat all over my face and my feet throbbing with heat. The next afternoon was still bad and nothing changed so I had to go nap at my friend's hotel, and the next night it was the same so I had to get the staff in a few times until finally some mild a/c came on. It was still very warm and I couldn't use a sheet, but at least my face wasn't sweating. The showers also stop every ten seconds and are not quite as tidy as the rest of the place which is extremely tidy - not awful but just average. They could also do with shelves in there to put your stuff. The internet is only available from 9am to 5pm, so if you have an early start and a late night, its just completely unavailable. Wifi works tho, but I didn't have my laptop.

Liked: The location was excellent! Staff helped a lot and the atmosphere was really great.

Disliked: The area of the bathroom was a litlle tight, but it didn't turn into a problem.

Liked: The hostel is very well situated, near from Metro, Rambla promenade, shops, 20 minutes walking from the Port Vell,awesome! Stuff is really kind and helpful and people we met there was really fun! Me and my friend really appreciate it, hope you wil!

Disliked: A guy in my room was so tired that he snored all night lol
