Liked: - Alberto, very helpful and friendly, he waited for us at the metro station also - facilities, everything we could need for those days we could find in the apartment - location, nearby he L1 metro station, small shops supermarkets - value

Disliked: - we were five, so we had to negotiate about the rooms/ beds

Liked: actually, pretty good location as just few minutes from three metro stops which are themselves only minutes awau from the centre. It is very safe around this area as not touristy at all so doesnt attract them theiving scallwags you get around the ramblas. Was pretty handy for us as we were at PRIMAVERA SOUND festival and although was not near fest site, was near town for sightseeing.

Disliked: was a bit of a squeeze for five as two of the beds were included as the sofa bed, so lack of privacy.

Liked: The room is so nice and clean i like it very much. It's a nice place to stay but not to meet people.

Liked: Je ne recommande pas cet appartement car les équipements sont vetustes. Les volets étaient cassés. Le matelat du canapé lit était inutilisable, nous avons du dormir par terre. Les ressorts sortaient du lit, impossible de dormir.

Liked: the apartments were extremely clean, the towels and sheets aren't changed during your stay however you can use the washing machine if that is a problem. Location is not as close to the centre as could be but obviously that is reflected in the price. the apartments are great value for money and I felt extremely safe staying alone one night. The manager is extremely friendly and tells you where the sights are. Overall i thoroughly enjoyed my stay :)

Liked: The appartment was nice. The only problem we experienced that it is a bit small for 5 people, whereas would be ideal for 4. Otherwise, the staff is helpful and you find everything that you need from a apart-hotel. It is not located at the very heart of the city, but price-quality-location balance is very good.

Liked: Albert was really friendly and helpful. Very clean and safe. The apartment is a bit "far", like 5 minutes away from a metro station - but thats ok, since Sants Estació is also just about 10 minutes walk away.. I would definitely stay there again! :-)

Liked: I liked the friendliness of the staff (special thanks to Mr Alberto), the location which was very close to metro station, and close to 2 supermarkets, the services at the hostel (washing machine, cooker, microwave), the cleanliness of the hostel...Everything was just great...
