Liked: Great location, only a 15 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the Rambla. Was good how the beds have a privacy curtain and toilet in the room. If your saying for a short time and just wanting somewhere central to stay then its great.

Disliked: There can be up to 13 people in the shared room at the time we were there and it is extreemly noisy. The rooms and showers arent overly clean, you do get fresh linen provided though.

Liked: Free parties, good breakfast and lounge.

Disliked: I had booked a room for 12 people and in my room were definitely more than 12. I would say that if you go during the summer, dont go to this hostel. There is no air-conditionating, is really really hot everywhere inside. The room is impossible to sleep because of the hot. In my room, there was not bunk beds, they looked as a camping, to get to the high bed you had about 2 meters, maybe more.

Liked: All the staff were very friendly and helpful, very near to metro station and only 15min walk from the beach or the old town/ les rambles. Staff organised nights out everynight if you wanted to go, and the hostel had a notice board with info about city tours and events etc. Air con in the room was good.

Liked: The location was excellent, close to everything, bars, clubs and the main street la ramblas.

Disliked: The building work next door was loud, but that wont last forever.

Liked: The art work and the overall vibe, especially Paulo Fillipino who worked behind the desk. He welcomed us with mangos and offered me grapes as he tried to arrange for me and my friends to stay in the same room at our next hostel stay, quity point girona :)

Disliked: maybe the beds could do with a bit of a paint to cover the rust...its a bit prison-like. it would be cool to have them in different colours.

Liked: Privacy in the dorms, with our own bangalows in the 10 bed dorm. Nice breakfast, nice common areas. Very well located in the middle of the Gothic neighborhood, close to the sea, close to the Rambla, close to the subway, which is a very good transportation in Barcelona. The only bad thing is that the girl's bathroom was smelling bad. If you're travelling with your b/f ask in the reservation to put you together in the bangalow.

Liked: I have used this hostel before - about 7 years ago, and I will use it again. It's brilliantly located, and very funky. The way they have built little personal caves into each room is wonderful, and gives more privacy than any other hostel I have stayed in.

Liked: The privacy curtains were good, although the whole jungle gym thing was a little strange...also, street noise came in on the lower levels which was annoying

Liked: Location is exceptionally good, the staff and the people are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too. Only thing is the Internet was down during my 2 day stay in this place and I couldn't check my flights online, have to pay the cyber-cafe nearby to check, and the room is darn cold. At least provide a blanket or heater or something.

Liked: Fantastic place to stay! Good breakfast, free Wifi, clean rooms, comfortable beds, staff were very friendly in providing directions. Located just beside the metro station - Prasseig De Gracia. Located within the shopping district. Free linen too but blanket cost 2 euros for entire stay.

Liked: The individual beds are great, you have your own little box with an outlet, lamp and locker. The floorboards are awful, they creak horribly causing you to lie awake when people are in your room or in the hallway.

Liked: good location, friendly staff, rooms are noisy as can be though, as the lofts are made of wood, so any movement can be heard quite cleary. or maybe i just had a noisy sob above me

Liked: the entrance has a great atmosphere and they are really trying hard on security. you use your door only for sleeping. i liked it pretty much. especially staying on the top with 12 people.

Liked: The people who stay and work at this hostel were incredible. It was very clean and a fun place to stay. They had great breakfast and free wifi everyday. I would definitely stay there again.
