Customer reviewthe location was good. the magnetic key for the door was good. having a locker for my bag made me feel secure. inconciderate guest were very noisy during the early hours of the morning. a member of staff was manning the halls but did nothing about the noise!!!! |

Customer reviewI had a great stay here, it attracts a good mix of friendly and sociable people from all over. Should point out though that one of the members of staff is possibly the rudest guy I've ever encountered, after I miss-heard him when he was giving me directions to a restaurant he got in a strop and wouldn't tell me where to find it, said I was asking too many questions! 5 minutes later I was standing at reception and a girl was there in tears wanting to complain to the manager because he'd made her cry. Idiot....but everyone else was lovely! |

Customer reviewKabul is the best hostel I stayed in my trip to europe. Parties every night and a very cheap beer. Rooms very clean and a very funny and happy staff. The only problem is the common area, because it is a smokers area. |
