Liked: The hostel is in close proximity to the metro station. As a result, one ca easily reach the main ciy centre in 10 minutes. Its location at the foothill away from noise and traffic is excellent to have a peaceful night sleep after the days travel and sightseeing. The staff is excellent, helpful and co-operative.

Disliked: MANAS left no negative feedback.

Liked: Loved the staff and the free breakfast was filling enough to last a few hours. Also the beds were comfy :)

Disliked: It was far from the main area of Barcelona and the metro stops running from 12-4am, so we had to take a bus and it was hard to tell where we should get off. The metro was very easy to do during the day though and only took about 15 minutes.

Liked: It was close to the metro line and was actually kind of nice to be just a bit out of downtown. Supermarket was close to buy things and cook in the toaster oven,

Disliked: The walls ARE very thin, which isn't too bad until someone is loud in the hallway and it ruins a night sleep. If someone coughs next door it sounds like they're in your room. We booked a private double but got a room with a bunk and a twin, still to ourselves but not what we expected.

Liked: Breakfast provided was good and location is very near metro. Staff was really helpful.

Disliked: Lockers were not in our own rooms and the metro station is 6 stops away from city center.

Liked: Very close to the metro.

Disliked: You're at the end of the metro line. So you have to take the metro every day. Door doesn't close unless you lock it. You can only microwave or toaster oven your food.

Liked: The hostel is close to the metro station, and easy to find. The staff is helpful, the room is clean. The staff informed us about the city's sights. For breakfast hot tea (or coffee or choco), orange juice, and fresh baguette. Fridge, microwave and mini oven in the dining room. The trash emptied regularly. The mattress of the bed is comfortable. At night is silence (if the neighbors are quiet), and you can sleep. You can use the lockers (for 2 €), so you can visit the city after the check out. Favorable price.

Disliked: Repeatedly promised, that we can occupy the room, and then we waited 3 hours. I reserved a room with double bed, it was per e-mail confirmed, but we got a room with bunk bed + simple bed. The bunk bed is very low, you can not sit on it. The shower is small (60x60 cm), have a fixed shower head, so the showering is like an acrobatic stunt. :) For breakfast only a half baguette, butter, and sweets (jam and peanut cream). Must be added, if you need more, and not just sweets. Heating only in the room, and works rarely. The walls are thin, you can hear all of the neighbors.

Liked: The staff is really very helpfull and nice! And the microwave and minioven in the kitchen helped a lot to have low cost meals while in Barcelona!

Liked: we had private toilet and shower though we reseved dorm, and it is located nearby the subway station! and the staff was really kind and speaks english very well. even, I was satisfied with the room having many powerpoints to plug in! and you don't have to wash the dishes after cooking yourself!

Disliked: it's little bit far from the center, if you want to walk to the center.. it seems impossible. but i bought 10 tickets and used it for 4 days so it's worth staying here considering the service and room.

Liked: Really cheap!!! Close to the metro station. Rooms for 3 people, not for 8 or 10. Bathroom in the room. Nice staff. Breakfast included (simple, but fresh and tasty).

Disliked: Not in the city centre (15-20 min by metro). It's rather not a fun party place, quite small and quiet (which wasn't that bad for me). No lockers in rooms. Rooms are quite small.

Disliked: - It has an atmosphere of a prison cell. - The walls are cardboard thin. - The shower cabin is tiny. - There is a very strong scent of bleach throughout the place.

Liked: Very friendly and likeable staff. Close to a metro station in a quiet area. Free internet and a washing machine. I was very pleasantly surprised, since there were no reviews here in Hostelbookers!
