Liked: Very nice space and very well equipped.

Disliked: The space was not as clean as it seemed. The bed linen and bath were with plenty of bruises and some were dirty. The floor was with fluff.

Liked: We liked its location, it's really close to every place that worth visit. We also liked the stuff, they were friendly and ready to help us at every moment. The apartment was equipped with the most needed things, and also there were markets around the building, so we could go buy things till late hours.

Disliked: It was apparently cleaned before our stay, but not that good...

Liked: Lovely apartment, good size, everything you need was provided, owner very helpful, free wi-fi, towels, maps etc.

Disliked: Nothing really, little extras would have been good like dishwasher tablets and washing machine powder as we had to buy large boxes for only one week, but obviously thats only a tiny thing, definitely highly recommend!

Liked: Liked almost eveything about this place except for the lack of hot water when showering and the fact you had to check out so early at 10am or else they charge you for an extra night without allowing you to stay there, also you have to pay 10 euros if u wanna leave ur luggage there. Also the late/early fees are quite harsh

Liked: We enjoyed our stay in a 6-bed very well-equipped apartment. It was 2 stops away from Plaza Catalunya by the subway (L1) and it takes only 15 min on foot to reach the beautiful coast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend.

Liked: This apartment was amazing, the facilities were as described..if not better. only 3 of us stayed in a room and we felt that more than 4 would be a squeeze. Close by to metro stations and "las ramblas". There were supermarkets and shops opposite the apartment. I will definitely be staying here again

Liked: This is an awesome, new, modern apartment in a great location. It is beautifully furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dish washer, a sofa bed and one bedroom, as well as two small balconies, TV, a safe etc. It was the perfect place to hung out in our down time and it was so nice to have a home away from home in barcelona. It is close to all the sights in town and las ramblas, and is also really close to metro stops. The staff is also very friendly. Would recommend

Liked: Overall good. However, it is too small and not equipped sufficiently to house 6 people. There is not enough (and big enough) kitchen equipment. With only two rings to cook on, and insufficient pots and pans it is not meant for 6 adults at the same time. Also, there were no decent glasses, no kitchen knifes etc.The air conditioning worked brilliantly! Nice bathroom, with washing/drying machine 1 one. It looked quite new, but we had the impression that some things/materials that were used, were just not of a very good quality. A couple of things were a bit damaged, broken or just a bit "rickety".Location is good: pretty close to the metro (Arc the Triumph) and there are several decent supermarkets around. (also opened on Sunday, some of them). We would recommend this apartment to students/groups of max 4 people.
