Liked: The residence is clean and very secure - maybe too much so as we were trapped on the fifth floor terrace with no way back in!Fridge compartment was really useful.

Liked: It´s definitely a student dorm, except without the social aspect. Less of a hostel, more of a hotel, so if you´re looking to meet people, stay elsewhere. The lobby was nice, the staff were friendly, helpful, and bilingual. The atmosphere of the rooms and floors was clinical (think energy-saving bulbs and few windows). The pool is waist deep and small, so no swimming, but nice to cool off in. All in all, just a hotel, and not a super comfy one at that.

Liked: the building is new and quite nice except it did look quite unfinshed when you looked up to the ceiling.and the bath room was realy small

Liked: Minus: The room wasn't clean when we arrived, I had to clean stains by myself. Floor was full of sand, pieces of potatoe chips etc. We had a double room and the bed was 120 cm/47 inches wide... should be 160! We also only had one blanket - I think the room was a single room with two pillows. Wc toilet cover was broken and I was sliding around... Plus: Own bathroom, quite silent, pool!

Liked: Location was good and the staff are friendly... However, using the safe in our room cost an additional 3+ euros a day. I woudl gladly exchange the use of the pool and solarium (which we did not use at all) for the safe. We were also concerned about leaving our luggage in their locked storeroom which we observed to be unlocked most of the time. We left them in there anyway and thank god, its all good. The internet connection was great and much appreciated! Generally, enjoyed my stay there which seems to turn out better than my other friends who stayed at costier places, with no air-con or internet connection. =)

Liked: It was kind of far away from things, but it was very safe, clean, modern, and friendly. I'd stay there again. The bathrooms are more like cruise ship bathrooms than anything else.

Liked: We had an AMAZING stay in Barcelona, the hostel was perfect. Met loads of people on the roof and spent hours up there drinking and laughing! Location is unbelievable, staff were very good too. Internet is a big help. People give out about the toilet being "too small" but you don't travel to enjoy bathroom facilities so I don't know why people care about that. The ONLY complaint I have is that there is no kettle in the kitchen!!! (I'm an avid tea-drinker!) Very safe and secure, sorry we left the room in a bit of a mess, we nearly missed our flight!!! Liked: Staff was very friendly and helfpul, rooms were clean and pretty big for a hostel. The kitchen on each floor was convenient and the pool on top was pretty nice.

Liked: We thought that the staff was very helpful with any questions that we had, it was very close to the metro and just a 10-15min walk to las ramblas, the rooms were nice and comfortable, however, the bathroom was very small. Altogether it was an awesome stay and if we ever return to Barcelona we will stay here again :)

Liked: The swimming pool was a great bonus. It was really nice being able to hang out there after a day's sightseeing. The kitchens are excellent if you wish to cook and it's possible to store your food safely there. The rooms weren't cleaned during our stay and after four days, this meant they were quite dirty. Otherwise, good location and decent price.
