Liked: All the staff was very kind and everything was perfect for me. Very clean, safe, and cheap ;D The free and easy WIFI system was really good and the breakfast was good. Laundry was easy to do. The location was good.

Disliked: In the shower room, there was not good smell when I was taking a shower. Perhaps some problem in the drain.. and the doors of the shower room and the en-suit toilet was not locked.. When I was staying, there were 7 boys on other bed(I was only girl in the room). The last day, I was scared a bit by one boy who just came but nothing happened.. :D It was okay but sometimes it could be scary for girls....

Disliked: The corridors were a bit "cold" Some lockers were too small for big suit cases so I had to leave it outside the locker (but nothing got stolen)

Liked: The hostel was clean and bright--there were always people in the lobby and out in front relaxing and socializing. The lobby offered free WiFi and four computers for guest use, though they were sometimes a bit crowded. The free breakfast provided was simple, but very good. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. The reception staff was fantastic; everyone I spoke with was able to communicate in multiple languages, answer questions, offer advice and directions, and every part of the check-in and check-out process was clearly explained to me. The location was only a short walk from the train station and central to the main shopping streets, and the Metro was very close for easy access to the rest of the city.

Disliked: One bathroom for eight people was a bit of a stretch at times, and although the shower and toilet were separate, the sink was placed on the side with the shower, which was a bit strange. Also, our group of five was given only one room key. WiFi is good but only in the lobby.

Liked: To be honest nothing, it was one of the worst places I have stayed after 2 months traveling in europe

Disliked: The whole facility felt like school camp, stuck in a common area with large school and sports groups. It was unclean, our showers were never cleaned during 7 nights there and when we arrived there were beds still un changed. The room was stuffy and u could not open windows. Wi-fi didn't work and there was a line- up for computers. It says fully equipped kitchen, though 1 hot plate and 2 microwaves barely classifies as a fully functional kitchen especially when there is 240 beds. The kitchen was also disgusting as no one cleaned up after themselves. Common area is loud and noisy and flooded with kids and young party goers.it is also a 1 hour walk from town and the main street of la-ramblas, there is nothing worth seeing near by, directions from station also fail to say that it is a long walk up numancia. Honestly I hated it and am so glad to be out of there

Liked: Staff were really helpful, particularly as I turned up early. I was able to leave my pack and go out for the day until the room was free. Free internet is always appreciated.

Disliked: While there was a common area and seating it would´ve been nice to have some couches around to encourage people to stop and chat.

Liked: safe secure place to stay ok breakfast, doesnt set the world on fire, esp when everything is stale already staff mostly helpful for the amount of money they make off everyone per day here, it could be alot better

Disliked: THE INTERNET (esp wireless) IS A FUCKING JOKE, dont suck people in and offer it if you cant provide the service 100% of the time to 100% of your guests, for those that dont bring your own, only 4 computers for 120 odd people, more computers required for amount of people staying no bar, no atmosphere at nightime place is a little bit out of the way, esp for night time activities as the metro closes at midnight, night buses do help getting woken up by the cleaners/staff at 10am, hire more poeple you cheap asses to clean in the middle of the day, more hands make light work

Liked: nearness to metro station, located place was secure, staff was friendly, breakfast was fine, toilets&showers were fine.

Disliked: the secure guy who is incharge with hostel at nights didnt know english.

Liked: clean, easy to use.

Disliked: A little too sterile, a little like a high school, I wish it was a little cosier, that way it is easier to meet other travellers. Perhaps also more stuff "going on". Other than that, very nice!

Liked: The included breakfast was much appreciated.

Disliked: Our roommates talked all night in very loud german, which made it a little difficult to fall asleep. Also, I had to ask one of the roommates how to open the window.

Liked: Good size breakfast, quiet place, close enough to walk to main attractions or take metro.

Disliked: Directions to the hostel are a bit vague, we go there but were unsure as we walked quite far from the train station. Its all the way at the end of Numancia would be nice if it said it in directions!

Liked: I had to check out ridiculously early in the morning, and the staff at the front desk packed me a picnic since I left before breakfast time. So cute!

Disliked: Nothing, really. Since I had to leave so early it was hard to sleep early with all the city noise, but I'm sure that would have been the case anywhere.
