Liked: A great base, where the staff were cheerful, knowledgable and helpful (not to mention multilingual!) and all the possible facilities you could ever want or need at a hostel were catered for. It was lively but not too noisy, and there was a great buzz in the bar/breakfast area at all times of the day that we were there.

Disliked: The cleanliness of the floor and duvet/mattress/pillows wasn't 100%.

Liked: Definitely one of the nicest hostels I've stayed at. Awesome beds and really good atmosphere, especially in the lounge. It was nice to have a sauna and swimmingpool available. The staff was really accommodating and helpful. Had a really great time!

Disliked: Everything was good, nothing to complain about.

Liked: Staff was helpful.

Disliked: Location is too far from the sights. You end up spending the few extra euros you try to save on the Metro. It's better to pay a few more euros to stay in hostels centrally located.

Liked: Nice modern rooms with comfortable beds. Tne bathroom was clean and tidy. Common room/bar was a nice place to hang out. Gym access was great.

Liked: It was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful and there was a great atmosphere. It was just such a cool place, with loads to offer and great value for money! I would totally love to go there again!

Disliked: The free breakfast tasted very strange!

Liked: Free breakfast, wide range of facilities. Nothing special, but it's a good value for the money.

Disliked: The bathrooms were very small and cramped. Everything felt a little cramped- so many breakfast tables crammed on the terrace, 8 beds in a small room- but that's not a huge deal. It's a good value for the money.

Disliked: Too crowded, location is pretty far from the main objects.

Liked: The staff were so helpful. I had difficulty booking a flight online and couldn´t call the help line because I don´t speak spanish and the girls at the front desk called the line for me and helped me book my flight. They were lifesavers! It´s a really great place to meet new people and it is really clean and warm (I came in the winter time)

Liked: Barcelona was our first visit during our time in Spain. This hostel has given us a good impression on the city itself, so props to you guys Urbanyhostel.. first of all I was really satisfied with the friendliness of its staffs, internet access is provided, breakfast, TV, lounge n cafeteria all in one place, the lounge, with is very practical for me. Not to mention the cleanliness and the urbany "vibe" that you feel once you've stepped foot into your room. Very neat, vibrant choices of colours, and convenient technologies combined altogether. We really enjoyed our stay there, I would highly recommend this place to those who want to spend a night or two, or even a week in Barca, as it's really worth the money.

Liked: Everything. I was impressed when I read description on web. When I came there I was amazed to see everything is true. This hostel is very modern, new and clean. They have 4 elevators. Kitchen with more than enough electric plates, microwaves and place in refrigerators. The third floor has a terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and chat with friends. In the evening this floor is full of people. Very nice atmosphere. I think they also told me you can play Wii for free. The locks on doors and lockers are electronic and you unlock them with a card. You can use fitness, swimming pool and sauna free of charge. I couldn't do it because I arrived there too late and pool and fitness were closed already, but generaly speaking you can do it. Was in the room with 8 other people and was nice talking to everyone. My best hostel experience.

Disliked: Not a thing. This place is awesome.
