Raquel CorreiaIt is a great hostel. I will absolutely recommend it to my friends. They have a paella evening for only 2€. Also a gym, and sauna (how usual is that?). The rooms are quite nice, although you never know who you will find there. But I really enjoyed my stay and I will definetely repeat the experience when going back to BCN |

Jamie HighamIf you want a good clean safe place to play while visiting Barcelona then this is the place. My girlfriend and i Stayed 2 nights both where perfect. The Bar area is that chillin you might not even go out into the town for a night out. The place is clean & safe. You got free bed sheets and you just pull them off when you leave, so no angry room attendants all the time, although they d give your room a clean while your out during the day. The staff are really nice and always happy to help, so dont be scared of asking too many questions. All in al the place was brilliant and out of the 10 hostels we stayed in around europe the Urbany was on the Number 2 Mark......The Czech Inn (Czech Republic) was te winner but that battle is like trying to fight the sun for the center of the Universe. |

James Walker-RobertsEven though it was a five minute metro ride to Placa Catalunya, Urbany was very pleasant, with free access to swimming pool/gym and also decent sized rooms, all very clean too. |

Customer reviewGreat place, I love it. And its brand new. I notice that some employee at the front desk dont speak spanish (nor Catalan). But we are in Barcelona... I only spent 20 Euro/nights, but had no light our dorm (never) and staff was advise twice. It amkes it s hard to pack luggages |

Customer reviewJust be aware that the ensuite has 1 toilet and 2 showers- If someone is in the shower you normally can't use the toilet due to the openness of the shower. Also the lockers are near you bed number so you sometimes have to open a locker next to someone sleeping- if they matched your bed location this would be better. |

Customer reviewGood points : Friendly staff, nice location, good facilities, events in the hostel, internet, very nice breakfast room Bad points : very noisy (you can ear everything from outside your room), the breakfast is very poor (some cereals and bread), you have to pay for the lockers (3euros) before check-in or after check-out and private rooms are in fact small dorms with only two usable beds. Only for groups who want to have fun during day and night than people who want to sleep after a day of sightseeing. |

Customer reviewIt was very nice. In the middle of the Rambals so very good location. But that is very loud place. So buy something for your ears or go out and have fun in rablas bars and nightclubs! :) |
