Liked: EVERYTHING! Fantastic no fuss hostel, no need to put your hand in your pocket once after checking in. Very secure - swipe card for front door, room door, locker door. Great system. Highly recommended. I'll be lucking out for other Urbabny hostels definitely.

Liked: Excellent value for money ! Modern style with all that backpackers need : low budget, big safe lockers in the dorms, free wi-fi and access to computers. Bonus : comfy beds + linen included. Downsides : breakfast and bathroom equipment could be much better... but for 12 euros, you can't really ask for more ! Dont' forget you swimming cap and flip flop for the jacuzzi / swimming pool or you can't go in.

Liked: Very good place to meet people, breakfast was ok, free internet was useful. The beers were cheap in the bar. and there were lockers in the room which i thought was great. would stay here again.

Liked: Positive: close to metro station (for sagrada familia 2 stops (3min), for catalunya 5 stops (8min)), close to estació nord (20min on foot) in a safe área. Nice terrace with view to Agbar Tower. New facilities with nice accomodation. Free metro and city maps. Free use of fitness club.Average breakfast.Negative: when I arrived and for more then 24h there was no internet. Also important to notice that the hot showers weren't that hot and I was told that they didn't work for the entire weekend before my arrival - guests had to take shower in the fitness club next door.

Liked: New and safe. The breakfast was quite good. The view from the terrace is also nice.However, 400 beds or so, attract quite many noisy youngsters and the common spaces are relatively small.The bottom line, quite good for the money, but a little bit too industrial for us.

Liked: Very nice place to stay in. The barman Fabien is very cool and friendly, drinks at the bar are really cheap. Every night, the hostel brings you in the best night club of BCN for free, you just have to pay the cab. Rooms are well organised and cleaned, showers toilets are in your own room and it's a great thing. There is a pool in the common room and many places to sit and discuss with other people. (For the free swimming pool and reee jacuzzi, you have to wear some special clothes for swimming... so bring it with you). I definitly enjoyed my four days in this hostel. It's on a main street of BCN, so easy to find and next to Clot metro station.
