Recently constructed rural one and two bedroom self catering apartments close to Natural Park of Sierra Maria-Los Velez. Bar, terraces, BBQ's and 12x5 meter swimming pool. Many outdoor activities are available locally.

Cortijo la Estrella is in the region of Los Vélez in the north of the Province of Almeria. Easy access from the A91/A92N mortorway and an hour and a half drive from the airports of Murcia, Almeria and Granada.
Cortijo la Estrella comprises a total of nine self-catering apartments, six two bedroom apartments and three one bedroom apartments each with lounge/ diner, kitchen, bathroom/shower and double/twin bedrooms.
All apartments have television and air conditioning for heating and cooling.
One apartment has been adapted for disabled use.

Set at the foothills of the Sierra de las Estancias in six acres of almond grove with spectacular scenery, close to the Sierra María-Los Vélez Natural Park.

The region of Los Vélez is an area of outstanding natural beauty retaining its traditions and customs. This is an ideal location for those wishing to experience the real Spain, enjoying its heritage, culture and architecture, but also having easy access to beaches and main tourist areas.

Cortijo la Estrella is in an ideal location for discovering historic places of Andalusia and Murcia with the opportunity of enjoying such activities as walking, bird-watching, painting, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, quad biking, paragliding, sight seeing, and skiing during the winter months in Sierra Nevada.

Facilities include a bar with log fire, serving drinks and tapas, table games and library, reception with information on the local area, terrace with BBQ and 12x5 meter swimming pool.

A meeting room is available for groups/ training courses etc.

Whether for an overnight stay, weekend break, house hunting or longer stay, Cortijo la Estrella can offer the visitor the opportunity to relax and unwind in its tranquil surroundings.

We can cater for groups of up to 30 persons and are happy to organize guided walks, tours, golf, and various activities for your group.
