Liked: It's worth coming here for the breakfast alone. Don't be scared off by the location – it's only about 10 bus stops from City Hall, the bus only costs around a dollar, and there are some shops around, including a café and a 24 hour grocery. The B&B is up a steep hill, though, so you need to be in shape.

Disliked: Bed does not have sheets, but that is apparently not uncommon in Korea, and the covers are apparently swapped out regularly. Very clean overall

Liked: This is over-the-top! The Hans are gracious and accommodating hosts--gentle spirits. Mrs. Han`s breakfasts will be the one meal of the day you do not want to miss. The home they share is the picture of everything to love in Korea. The neighborhood is homey, wonderful for walking (in our case), and the bus system--local and citywide--is great. We will come back if we have the opportunity.

Liked: I felt like I am at home. The hospitality offered is memorable. The breakfast cooked by Mrs. Han is very delicious and she presented the food like a gourmet. I felt also very safe. I generally don't sleep at a new place very easily but I slept for 14 hours continuously. The fresh air, lights on the mountain at night and everything is enjoyable. I didn't felt like I am at a hotel. Mr. Han tells you everything how to commute in the city of Seoul.

Liked: the house owners are very hospitable, the breakfast is very delicious ,and the transfortation is not a problem, it takes about 15 minutes to get to the subway by bus

Liked: I like the beautiful character of the house, the garden, the host and his wife and the breakfast meals are excellent and very good. The host speaks English very well and was very friendly and helpful. The wife is lovely and a very good cook.

Liked: The place was filled with old antiques, making it feel very special and homely. It was an experience living in a nice area of Seoul, near the mountains with fresh air inside a home, as oppose to a hotel. True the place isn't central but it's a touch of what it's like living outside the tourist bubble, you have to walk to a bus stop where the locals wait for the bus (Mr Han gave really good instructions on where to buy the transport card, what bus to catch and a list of the bus-stops so you can find your way into Central Seoul), and see what it's like living as one of the locals. Definitely not a party house but a lovely way to see a small glimpse of Korean life, and the home-cooked morning breakfast by Mrs Han was deliciously home made and on-demand. Provided it's not too late, she generally prepares it when you wake up...be it 9, 9.30am which is nice.

Disliked: Everything was lovely, the rooms were cleaned/swept daily. Mr Han was very helpful and friendly and treated everyone with respect.

Liked: I felt like I was part of the family. The room was very comfortable and warm. I got to see a lot of Seoul because I was given lots of information. I also liked the lovely Korean collection of antiques.

Disliked: The cat didn't like me and I like cats. I also think it would be nice to not have to pay for the accommodation all by cash. I found this a bit difficult.

Liked: B&B Morning Calm was amazing. The couple who run it are so nice, and the house is so much more intimate than a hotel. I will be recommending this place to everyone who comes to Korea to visit me, without a second thought.

Disliked: I liked everything about the property. The only thing I could see someone perhaps not liking is the distance to the city (maybe 8 minutes on a bus). The owners give you directions to hand to taxis though, so there's really no problem getting there fast if you don't want to take the bus.

Liked: Amazing owners. Very helpful, honest and kind. I would definitely go back there. It is a private house but rooms are big, there is a Piano if you like to play and free wi-fi in all rooms. It is located in a very rich are of Seoul. Breakfast is made by the Lady and is very healthy and delicious.

Disliked: Nothing. Everything was special.

Liked: I liked the very warm manner of the staff at this B & B. It was one of the most memorable stays I've ever had, and the professional manner and genuine friendliness of its owners makes it one B & B I would definitely like to return to in the future.

Liked: Unique home stay feel without feeling like an intruder on some family's private life. Separate facilities for travelers. Fantastic value for the money. Good location and fairly convenient if you don't mind taking a bus, but thats part of the charm. Hosts are wonderful, always felt really welcome. Best of all its close to my favourite parts of town: Samcheongdong, Insadong, and not far from the art and history museums!

Liked: Do not stay here IF you want a regular b/packer hostel! This is a private homestay with a quite elderly but very friendly and helpful couple in a home full of antiques, art and curios. Although it's in a northern suburb of Seoul it's very easy to access the centre on convenient buses. Hosts provided good information in advance about how to find the place. Breakfasts were superbly presented traditional Korean foods. Very quiet. Only the lack of airconditioning in my room and no guest kitchen mean less than maximum score on facilities.

Liked: Lives up to its name as a quiet, fairly restful place. I was a bit afraid the couple running the place would be overbearing or insist on waking everyone up early, but that wasn't the case at all -- they stay out of the way, but are always ready with help if you need it (and always with a smile).Better for morning larks than night owls, though, unless you bring something along to entertain yourself into the wee hours -- everyone was either sleeping or closeted in their rooms by 9pm, and the only TV is in the common area. It's a bit hard to find the first time you come, so be sure to print out the directions (in Korean) for taxi drivers they email you and take a taxi from the station the first time. After that, it's possible to take the bus.

Liked: Nice place to stay, if you want to be outside of the hustle and bustle of Seoul down town with good rooms and facilities.The hosts are really nice people, very helpful. Definitely not a place to meet party people.

Liked: A very kind man and his wife are owner of this small guesthouse. If you have any question you can always ask them. They offer free internet and very good Korean breakfast. I would go there anytime again.

Liked: B and B is a nice place to stay if you want a quiet accommodation. Mr Han speaks very good english and is very helpful. Mrs. Han prepared a very good rice soup for my breakfast. Not a place if you are looking for party... It really is Morning Calm... Korean hospitality at it's best

Liked: The place is run by a lovely Korean couple. It's a traditional Korean guest house, located 10 minutes by bus from trains and very close to palaces and government buildings. Free wifi and a computer with internet access. Clean room with a heated bed.
