Liked: Excellent atmosphere, close to other guesthouses and so more travelers, close to good restaurants and bars, VERY friendly helpful staff
Disliked: A little bit of a walk to the metro station, no air conditioning- but they have fans

Liked: The location is good and easily accessible. However, the room is too small without air-conditionaring only with fan. My friend and i were sleeping by the door. It's quite annoying. But, the environment is clean and the staff cleans every morning.
Disliked: The tiny room.

Liked: We actually ended up extending our stay here. The manager is really nice and very friendly. The location is perfect with a grocery store 2 minutes away, subway station 5 minutes away, and its right in the center of a college town so there are lots of young people and cheap eats! I would recommend this place for those trying to save money! Also, you can walk to two of the major palaces. There is free internet but also you can pick up wifi!
