Liked: An interesting neighborhood (sewing machine parts), quiet (windows are double glazed), staff efficient if not effusive (my preference anyway), close to metro & the canal as well Insadong & palace. Room had everything i needed Inc free bathroom supplies if required.

Disliked: The bed was hard. They do describe that as there is no lift you cant bring heavybag & this is true. Was on top floor (5th although this is Uk/Oz 4th) and the steps are deep & steep. Ok for a 20kg bag.

Liked: Very kind and helpful staff.

Disliked: No elevator. Had to carry luggage up three flights of stairs. Stained hallway carpet. Precarious narrow stairs. Smell of guests smoking. Security storage safe in room didn't work. Commercial market neighborhood: lively during the day (if you're into sewing machines or custom stickers) but shuts down completely and somewhat depressingly after 8pm.

Disliked: I saw a big cockroach in common area........ but luckily, no bug in my room. The wireless internet is not stable at night.

Liked: The staffs speak good English and are very helpful. Travelling to tourist attractions is convenient.Price of an ensuited double room is reasonable.Facilities offered at the hostel are convenient- hot and cold water dispenser, towels, travel adaptors, hair dryer, microwave oven etc.But there is no common kitchen and elevators at the hostel. Rooms are located at level 3 or 4.BUT overall...I lurve the place and would recommend travellers/tourists to stay at the hostel =]

Liked: This hostel was definately good value for the money. The staff was helpful and did their best to help us. The rooms could have been warmer, towels bigger and the cleaning lady could have done a better job with the cleaning.

Liked: An amazingly good price for a private room and washroom in downtown Seoul. And they even washed and folded my laundry for me for just 5 Won.

Liked: I was really nice place to stay, and cheap. I have been clubbing everynight so when i was coming back in the midnight they were always there to open the door for me, thanks!The only bad point was that when i get there the first night around 12pm the place was very scary, like no one in the street, no shopping, no nothing, so i was kind of confused and scared, then i found the hostel in the middle of all that town, kind of hard. after that i felt safe again.

Liked: Although a little tricky to find, Travelers A was a real gem. It was clean and new and very convenient for the shuttle to the airport as well as shopping. There aren't many restaurants in the immediate area, but a short walk either way down the main road leads to bigger eating districts. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Liked: i am still here. it is excellent. i shall be here for 3 more days. i have invited one of my friend who is staying somewhere else in seoul to join me. i will be back in seoul, most probably in 2011 and it is sure that i shall stay here only.lastly the free home telephone service to home country is unbelieveable. i wish you include india in the list. great hostel- travellers A hostel.dr nilendu sarma

Liked: It is very good value. The hostel is clean and has recenlty been decorated. The staff are friendly and there is free Internet access and tea coffee. It's near the subway and convenient for the airport bus. It's a bit out of the way and not near many restaurants or bars but it's nice and peaceful! The only disadvantage of staying here is that there is no lift but there are only three floors.

Liked: A single room for 25 USD a night that's cheap, but anyhow the guesthouse was nice and clean. Just a few footsteps to the subway and a friendly and helpful staff. I would stay again here.
