Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, they really do everything to help! Top location, ~ 8 min from the subway station, airport limousine, airport railway and very lively area of Seoul, with plenty of places to eat, drink and shop! Very good price!

Disliked: The low price comes with rather crowded space - not a surprise. For the rooms upstairs there is only one bathroom, shared with launch/kitchen area - everybody using it, so it gets messy and smelly pretty quickly. I would recommend using downstairs bathrooms. It happens also that people stay up late (long after midnight), skyping, talking in the launch or kitchen, shutting doors - if you sleep lightly, get earplugs :-)!

Liked: The owner is really nice and helpful especially with booking excursions and shows. The common areas and kitchen are comfortable and breakfast is a bonus. The place is clean and comfortable- pretty much all you can ask for.

Disliked: A bit hard for the taxi driver to find at first (however once you know where it is, it's an 5-6 minute walk from the subway station.

Liked: located in laid back area, and close to subway which is only take 10 mins by walk! staffs are friendly and helpful!

Liked: Atmosphere was cozy and the owner was really helpful - providing us with maps, recommending good eats, and even helping us to book a tour even though it wasn't one of the programs offered on hand. Really glad for the free breakfasts too! I'd definitely stay again.

Disliked: The room was slightly stuffy with no ventilation - not a problem during our cold early Spring stay, but not sure how it would be in the summertime.

Liked: Good value of hostel, Good service and warm welcome. Clean and organized hostel. I've met nice people there. Definitely recommend to anyone who are going to Seoul.

Liked: This was a nice hostel and the staff was great. The location is near the subway station but hard to find at night. All these places are on small alleys. Anyway, once found it was fine

Liked: The location is great- about 8 minutes walk from Hongik University Station... a great destination in itself, and easily accessible from either airport. The staff is friendly and very helpful, and the fellow guests (many of whom are long-term residents of the hostel) are pretty cool.

Disliked: I imagined that hostels in Korea would be a little cheaper, but it was on par with the others in this area.

Liked: I loved the large common area on the second floor, and the free breakfast (toast and eggs). The owner was really friendly and helpful. He gave advice and directions.

Disliked: I disliked the mosquito nets on the beds, and the lockers were a little bit small. Also for me personally, the location wasn't good because I'm not interested in Hongdae.

Liked: We felt like that we were at home. The owner was very helpful, he provided a lot of useful information for us, such as discount for forienger, which day which place is closed.

Liked: The owner was very helpful and welcoming. It was so comfortable like being at home. Met great people, had opportunity to try out Korean foods, best guesthouse/hostel I have ever stayed at (and I've stayed at quite a few).
