Thank you for booking with us! You will receive an email from us within the next 24 hours with information about your stay with us. If you have questions, please email us.

Please note: we can not provide any discounts for bookings made through this site.

[Reception Policy]
Our business license allows us to accept only foreign travellers. We legally must cancel bookings from Koreans.
If you have children under the age of 10, you MUST let us know when booking so we can reserve appropriate rooms. If you do not inform us when booking, your reservation may be cancelled.
If you do not check-in before midnight and have not notified us ahead of time, your reservation may be cancelled. Please send us your arrival time!
Until you receive a confirmation email, your room is not reserved.
Standard office hours are 9am to 10pm, though will stay late for late check-ins.
Checkout Time is 11am. If you want a late checkout time, the charge will be 50% of the charge for a full night. Luggage storage is available.
