Disliked: hard to find a parking lot, no linen change for 4 days, give wrong room as the owner said it is not in their reservation list. very rude male staf when answering the phone when we asked for direction

Liked: Good locations, helpful staff, price reasonable.

Disliked: Our room have not clean up daily.They clean up our room after the third nights we stayed. Although the front staff are helpful but his attitude not really nice.

Liked: This hostel was well located a few minutes walk from the main marina and a waterfall attraction. It also had free internet and free international calls with a skype phone.

Disliked: The lobby was small and not an ideal place to hang out with friends/guests. Our room (a private room with double bed) was okay but the screens were not well secured and mosquitoes got in at night. Also the shower was annoying because there was very little water pressure and the temperature was unstable throughout.

Liked: The owner took his time to show us around a map of the island and recommended sites to see and how to get to them. No other hostel has made an effort like this whilst I've been in Korea. Smooth moves Mr Kim ;-)

Disliked: There was a smell of food or something odd about the corridors of the building. No biggie, it was just a little strange.

Liked: The "HOT" bed for winter.

Disliked: The "COLD" floor, uncontrol hot water flow as well as no breakfast provided.

Liked: Guesthouse is ideally located within walking distance to the Cheonjiyeon waterfalls. It is also reasonably priced. MOreover, the owner is able to speak English.

Disliked: The guesthouse owner seems pretty strict and not too friendly.

Liked: The possibility of some English speaking tourist assistance, but owner was often unavailable.

Disliked: This hostel is unreliably managed, the owner overbooked the hostel two of the three nights we had booked and shuffled us between a nearby hotel, back to the hostel, and back to the hotel on the third night. He speaks English but is often out of the hostel and you must speak to him on the cleaning lady's cellphone to check in. if you want a fridge or internet the many motels in the neighborhood offer the same room rates as the hostel, and less hassle.

Liked: Communal kitchen and free internet was very nice. There is also a patio on the roof which is a nice place to have a drink and cool off at night.

Disliked: When we got to the hostel there was no one at the desk and we couldn't get a hold of anyone to check us in. We had to leave our belongings at a motel down the street. When we came back later he informed us that he was splitting our rooms for the week. (Because he accidentally gave our room away.) So we had to change rooms in the middle of our stay. I wouldn't have minded if I had booked it last minute but I had booked this room two months prior- so moving rooms was not ideal. The staff is generally not very helpful- many times there was no one at the front desk. (Which is crazy considering it was high peak season.) The owner is also very rude and unfriendly. I would not stay here again.

Liked: we liked that it was close to the water, there was a great store next to the hostel

Disliked: that the word "seeview" only makes sense if you stick your whole body out the window to see
