Overview
This vibey African Backpackers Lodge's delicious food and festive parties will ensure that your days and nights are filled with fun. With a cosy lounge, garden hammocks, roaring bonfires and a buzzing pub, and various adventure companies on the doorstep, Tube 'n Axe has something for everyone!
Surrounded by the forested mountains and gorges of the Tsitsikamma, this gem of an establishment is situated in the quaint Storms River Village. The cozy little Tube 'n Axe Backpackers Lodge boasts a range of comfortable and affordable accommodation with cozy doubles, an elevated bush camp, large dorm beds and plenty of secluded camp sites.
A vibey African bush style bar area with big screen TV, pool table and table soccer, will ensure that nights and sports afternoons are action-packed! The lodge also has a restaurant, self-catering and braai facilities.
Our friendly staff will point you in the right direction as you prepare to take on Blackwater Tubing, the world's highest Bungee, Canopy Tours, Waterfall Zipline Tours, Snorkeling, Mountain Biking and a host of other fantastic adventures the Tsitsikamma has to offer.
