Liked: There was a cottage u can rent which was really nice! City centre is a little bit further but Hatfield is just right next to the backpackers. There's a lot of students in Hatfield and it's a nice part of the city.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: The hostel is professionally run and there are a great selection of tours available.

Disliked: Whilst some of the staff were excellent (Trish!), there were others who were extremely short tempered, impatient and rude.

Disliked: They have forgotten my airport pickup first, and then my booked room was outbooked suddenly. It took them hours to find an alternative and the problems never ended...
