Liked: The owner of the hostel was friendly and helpfull. Nice garden and view over the river.

Disliked: That you needed to pay for breakfast. The coffee was free a few hours in the morning, but was not really nice.

Liked: Crazy Dave is awesome! Goes out of his way to make sure people are happy. The Kruger Safari trips that they run are sensational and the bar at the main house has a great vibe too.

Disliked: There are a number of properties so you may not always get to stay in "the main house" which means you miss out on the atmosphere of the bar etc - but that said, it's not usually too far to walk anyway. We had one strange room where the toilet and bathtub were all part of the bedroom (maybe ok for a couple?), but as we said we didn't really like that, Dave found a way to put us in another room for the next night which was most appreciated.

Liked: Patrick the staff member on duty when we were there was absolutely amazing. Great guy, friendly, helpful with information about kruger, and great behind the bar!!!!!

Disliked: The only thing that was a little off was that on the website it says the hostel is called krazy kangaroos but the sign outside the hostel says something totally different. It was just a little confusing at first but besides that i have no compaints!!
