Liked: Large, well appointed room. Amazingly clean. Great kitchen and common areas. Very good breakfast.

Disliked: Location was a good 20 minutes from Mossel Bay.

Liked: Very homely atmosphere. Staff - Phillip is great and very helpful. Offer a nice, simple breakfast. Services such as wifi worked well. A very nice family run restaurant just 1 minute walk on the old railway station was also very good.

Disliked: The location - not much around apart from the restaurant and will need a car

Liked: It's charming! Very clean, modern furniture, excellent services. No joking, this is probably the best hostel I've ever been to! They have cosy/romantic double rooms for couples as well...

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay here. We book 3 beds in the door room and when we arrived we were told we could also use the bedroom beside us for the washroom and if we wished the double bed as well. That was great for us as it gave us extra space, plus a better bed for the same price! The hostel is run by a Mother and her Son, Phillip. They were both incredibly helpful with giving us lots of information and making sure we had lots of blankets to stay warm. Phillip also lent us his surf board and took us surfing for the day. We felt very welcomed and really enjoyed our stay!

Disliked: The location was beautiful but if you don't have a car it would be difficult to get to Mossel Bay as it is about a 10min drive. We were lucky enough to have our own car so it was not too big of a problem.
