Overview
The beautiful farm house is the center of attention. This historical monument, set in immaculate gardens, houses the reception, accommodation, lounge and pool table.
Welcome to the Magaliesberg! GoVertical Backpackers is situated close enough to Johannesburg -Gauteng for all things 'city', but fortunately tucked far enough away at the foot of the ancient Magaliesberg mountains so that you can relax, unwind from the rigours of travel and savour the magic of the country.
Accommodation Information
Kibo, Nelion and Batian, our backpackers dormitories, each have a sheltered boma and braai area, a.k.a. BBQ area, with grids and rustic seats. You're welcome to grill your own grub if you don't feel like eating at the restaurant.
You also have use of a shared kitchenette: fridge, gas plate, kettle, pots, cutlery and crockery perfect for a self catering get away. The dorms have bunk beds and linen. Kibo and Nelion both have 8 beds and Batian sleeps 10 people.
If you don't want to share with other travellers you can book out the entire dorm (Kibo or Nelion R 720.00 per night and Batian R 900.00 per night).
