Liked: Great staff on reception. I had booked for 2 people instead of just 1 by accident, and was immediately given the correct rate. Nice room with outside patio area. Convenient location and on the BazBus trail. Very good value for money. Free internet.

Liked: Pretty good bar.
Disliked: Quite far from the beach. Knysna itself wasn't all that busy during this time and the weather wasn't great - this may have impacted on most of the other backpackers being a bit dreary too ...
