Liked: It was good enough for the price but the staff was incredibly rude. I had arranged for airport pick up and they never answered the phone even if I called many times in the morning. I had also called the day before to confirm everything and they still didn't come pick me up. I had to pay a taxi 400 Rand which is 3 times the price the hotel actually charges (the pick up is supposed to be free by the way). This also happened to 3 other guests in the following days. They tried all kinds of schemes to get extra money from us. The lady at the counter was not helpful at all, and she would even argue and hung up on people who called over the phone to speak to some of the guests. The computer and internet did not really work, it was was too slow to even open any windows. At least the wireless was ok if you had your own laptop. Warning: Make sure they come pick you up and if they don't, argue with them until you get your money back! It happens too often!!!

Liked: The property was very clean and very safe. The staff was also very friendly. The only downside is the distance from the Johannesburg airport, but the staff collected us from the airport. It might help if they had some sort of sign on their vehicle because it seemed a little sketchy that we were picked up in a random personal vehicle. We almost didn't get in. However, we felt very safe and very grateful when we arrived.

Liked: A lovely clean quiet place, not far from Jo-burg airport.But if one wants to visit Jo-burg or Pretoria, it is better to go on a tour as they are located 35/ 40 km from the hostel.

Liked: I had stayed here four times during my trip to Southern Africa. Diana & Blessing are very friendly & helpful. Diana taught me to make 'pop'! The little garden is very nice! 2 shopping centers close by. Free airport pickup is a big plus.

Liked: Do not stay here. Computer does not work, there is no WIFI, paying with credit card is a real problem if that is how you wish to pay. Property is for sale and may be closing shortly so owner does not care about upkeep, computer, or much else and is never there. Staff other than the manager are alright. The female manager can be very abusive toward guests depending on her mood. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!

Liked: we thought our fone had been stolen but we left it on the baz bus and the owner tried her hardest to get it back for us and she did. we had fun sitting watchin some films with a few kids aswell really nice and friendly place.

Liked: I booked a private single but actually got a double, clean comfy bed, pretty room, OK bathroom.. Excellent for 200 rand a night. Staff and owner reallt helpful
