Liked: It's in great proximity to the airport. However that unfortunately means it's in the sticks when it comes to going out and doing things in Jo Burg. You'd need to have a car or to catch a taxi to almost everywhere. Internet is also a scarce resource over the weekends as both of the Internet shops around are closed after hours. Bob (the owner) is an awesome dude and is really helpful, that applies to his son and daughter in law who also live there, but unfortunately not to his wife. She accused me of invading 'her PERSONAL SPACE' when I sat on a couch in the front of the house waiting for a taxi. There was no indication of that as you have to walk in and out of that living room. Definitely recommended for short stays when flying out of the airport.

Liked: Perfect location,hospitality and service. Bob and Joan are the nicest people you will ever meet. Stayed at Bob's bunk for a night in august and 5 nights at september.Had such an amazing BBQ night.Would recommend it to anyway.Bob and Joan Thanks for taking care of us through our malaria lol. Liked: Their family atmosphere..they really make you feel welcome...plus Joan and Bob...they really care and give clever advises to go around...for instance...their taxi driver Prince was absolutely kind and so safe and cheap to go around
