Disliked: The price and lack of heat. $50 US for a bed in one room is very high. No heat in the bathroom so was too cold to shower.

Liked: Lovely pool area. Well equipped rooms.

Disliked: The tours offered by the hotel were extremely over priced and really not worth it. Although the tour guide was a nice man!

Liked: A great place to stay when you have a night between flights. They pick you up and drop you off at the airport for no charge and there is a wonderful breakfast. Really more of a hotel than hostel.

Liked: The Pool area was nice

Disliked: This hostel was very experience for what it is! The manager was very rude and Unhelpful to me I decided not to stay there the 2nd night as I wasnt happy with any of the service. The kitchen food was not very nice and such slow service when they werent even busy

Liked: The pool area is very nice, there is also a sort of lounge area outside but that is only good if the weather is warm. The airport pick up is pretty good and they were very friendly.

Liked: This place is more of a hotel than a hostel. I booked a room with a shared bath but was given a very nice renovated ensuite room. The breakfast is good and included in the price if you stay in a room. Otherwise the food and drink are a little on the pricy side. There's a shuttle service to a nearby mall. Overall a nice place to stay.

Liked: When staying overnight near the airport, this is a great place. It's not near all kind of fun places, so don't go there when you want that. Staff is good, free pick-up and drop-off at the airport is great. We forgot to tell them what time we'd arrive and they still picked us up within half an hour free of charge. Great service.

Liked: A beautiful place to stay that looks just like the pictures. Beware that breakfast is not included if you book a bed in a dormitory room. Also, it's more like a 15 - 20 minute drive from the airport, but free transport, timely, and a safe neighborhood. The excoursions on offer are expensive, but the Soweto tour was excellent with a good guide and able to book on short notice.

Liked: the lady that drove us to the hostel and back to the airport was AMAZING! I can't remember her name which makes me sad but she was a savior. Three of us girls were being bothered by 2 men at the airport and she just saved our day.

Liked: The hostel itself is very clean and modern. Actually it should not be catagorized as a hostel, but more like a small hotel.The only bad thing is that they never open their mailbox. I tried to contact them so many times via email but there has NEVER been any single reply.
