Liked: The best thing about this property are the people I met there. The staff was incredibly friendly and fun. Others staying at the property tended to be working or studying in Joburg, not short-term travelers. That said, I met some fun people there and had a really nice time hanging out with them. The hostel is at least 1/2 hour drive from downtown Joburg. But do not take private taxis, they cost a fortune. Instead, take the minivan shared taxis which only cost 7 rand ($1) per ride, you will save a ton of money that way.

Liked: Staff very helpful, friendly, good place to meet other travelers, although a lot of local workers seem to be living there, which is no problem if you not mind being woken up early in the morning.

Liked: Great Place, the staff where warm and friendly, this is one of the few places that had people from all over Africa Staying there.It was great to see how open and friendly they where telling me about Africa first hand.The Tours they sent me on where Brilliant.Thanks Guys
