Liked: Large rooms, nice outdoor area

Disliked: Staff was less than helpful -- they won't call other hostels to help with bookings or to reserve a seat on the bus -- and the kitchen is very limited

Liked: Didn't like the staff. They weren't very friendly and was heard to talk to them. People staying seemed nice, although many are only there beacuase the Ritz is the pick up and drop off point for most tours, so they were only there for short stays like 1/2 nights. Internet was not working, pool was out of order, and the kitchen leaked when the had huge down pour. Was a very nice building and beautiful views. Shame about the rest. Should be better.
