Mufasa Bush camp

Mufasa Bush Lodge is in a game reserve and consists of 8 en suite chalets, a large covered entertainment centre which includes a TV room, a lounge and a dining room.
It also has a large barbeque area and a swimming pool.

Wild animals including buffalo and rhino walk freely through the camp area adding a sense of adventure to our guest’s experience.

Mufasa Bush Lodge is situated in the Greater Kruger National Park area. The game reserve has 3 of the big 5, buffaloes, rhinos and leopards. It is considered safe but it still is a wildlife area and we do think it is exhilirating to have the animals in close proximity of the camp, occasionally they also visit in the camp.

There are different options if staying with us, bed only, budget safari or an all inclusive safari are among the most popular.

Accommodation Information

There are 3 double en suite chalets, 3 twin en suite chalets and 2 four bed en suite chalets. All of them are fully equipped with linen, blankets, towels, soap, fans and barbeque stands outside.

Location Information

Close to Kruger National Park, on the Guernsey Road 40 km from Orpen Gate. The closest town is Hoedspruit which has banks, shops and restaurants.
From the Big 5 game areas to the Blyde River Canyon, there are an extensively wide range of adventure and daily activities one can partake in while visiting the region.
There are 3 main festivals in the Hoedspruit region annually, those being the annual Blyde X-Fest in February each year, the Sustainable Living Festival usually around April/ May each year, and the Wildsfees, usually around July every year.
