Liked: Cool vibe, right on one of the main streets of Cape Town with heaps of bars in short walking distance

Disliked: The window in our room didn't have a lock on it, although it was a couple of stories up, so I suppose it was moderately secure. The staff still reccommended that we kept valubles like passports and expensive cameras etc in their safe behind the counter, which we thought was quite safe

Liked: The place is very nice. An old and restored house in the middle of Long Street.

Disliked: Sleep over the Long Street can be noisy some times.

Liked: Awesome location and nice, big dorms.

Disliked: Well at night the rooms are very loud, so if you're a light sleeper this may not be for you.

Liked: Everything about this place was good! The rooms were squeaky clean, the staff were really helpful when we had problems and were very knowledgeable about the area, and we had a great night at the bar. I would highly recommend it.

Liked: Very lively bar. great location on Long Street where all the bars/restaurants are. only 25min walk from V&A waterfront. bathrooms aren't too bad either.

Disliked: Rooms not painted/generally feel quite tired.

Liked: Its a popular place with a bar that gets crowded most days (I was there just before the world cup started). Good place to meet other people

Disliked: Its a bit noisy in the rooms because of the bar but i guess thats the price to pay when you want to stay where the action is happening

Liked: We expected noise becuase of the location, but the private twin rooms were like shoe boxes and the noise was too unbearable and went on until 5am on the Friday night
