Ellen StuartMost comfortable bed I've ever slept in in a hostel, good warm showers, could easily walk to waterfront. Streets a tad sketchy though! |

William ChappellGood showers and toilets, as well as plenty of sky channels to choose from on those lazy days. Staff really friendly. A swimming pool and bar which both see more action after dark! |

Jennifer KeenEasy to find (excellent directions) and off-the-road parking spaces were safe. Relaxed communal area with a pool and bar, laundry service available, day-trip info and bookings. Private rooms are pretty small, but adequate (en-suite rooms looked much larger and nicer). |

Customer reviewThe atmosphere in the hostel is probably the best I have ever encountered and I have been travelling now consecutively for 9 months. Upon arrival you have a ready social group waiting for you which inevitably begins each night at the hostel bar. People at the hostel are incredibly down to earth and friendly. They invite you out partying with them and invite you to watch their DVDs. If people aren't partying out on the town then they are generally sitting in the tv room chatting and watching dvds. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful arranging for washing to be done, tours to be booked or even ordering up pizza and cabs for you. As cheesy as it sounds the hostel is really is a home away from home and a fantastic way of either resting up after your travels or introducing yourself to Cape Town life. |
