Liked: Nothing much, a big disappointment overall
Disliked: The condition of the place, it's very old and really needs maintenance in every single area. Besides that there's nothing to do at the place.

Liked: The grounds are quite nice and it is a short drive to the center of Cape Town.
Disliked: The rooms are not very clean. The toilets and showers are neither clean nor vey practical. Our room was close to a toilet whose filter made an incredible racket. There were lots of mosquitoes (I killed twenty one night) and no mosquito nets. Although there is neither malaria nor dengue in Cape Town, trying to sleep while being attacked by dozens of mosquitoes is close to impossible.

Disliked: Door can't lock from inside. Mosquitoes bad. Chickens wake you at 3 AM. plus no towels,

Liked: A really fun atmosphere good bar and kitchen facilities, clean dorm rooms and really nice outdoor areas

Liked: The location was out of the busy area and a nice Kitchen/dining area to also watch FIFA games
Disliked: There was really only 2 toilets for like 25 people

Liked: We loved the place and the atmosphere. Very close to Pineland trainstation, which means you can reach downtown in 15 minutes.
Disliked: Because it was so cold weather during the winternights , it got really freezing in the bedrooms and sometimes in the common livingroom. A good idea if it is possible to hand out heaters, when it get so cold as it is now.

Liked: atmosphere, bar and dinner was always good. very friendly owners. helpfull
Disliked: nothing to do during the day in the hostel if raining for example. not the best location but not bad
