"The Main House" - Double Storey Villa - Ideal as a family unit.
Large living area with lounge overlooking the view. T.V., M-Net, Video, Satellite T.V. and C.D. player plus billiards table, and Sony Playstation.
Deukom T.V. (German Television) can be connected to the Main House and filtered to the other units at a charge of +/- R750.00 per month.
ADSL (broadband) connection.

The lounge opens onto a large breakfast patio with a magnificent view across to False Bay and an outdoor bath.

Large open plan kitchen with hob, oven and microwave, fridge and freezer.
