Chris MorrisonWas great that the bedrooms were away from the kitchen and bar areas. A very quiet location, but right in the heart of Long Street. Only downside was the rooms lacked ventilation, with no opening windows (we were in a dorm room). Would definitely stay there again if back in Cape Town. |

Hollie WhitePenthouse is a great hostel! Strongly recommend it! Fantastic staff and a very welcoming atmosphere! The rooms are very clean and tidy, as are the bathrooms! The kitchen has everything you need and more! The lounge upstairs is a great place to meet and hang out with other backpackers or even go on up on the roof and enjoy their braai night! They offer a great range of tours as well, including the Cape Point tour! Great day out! If you want to know more about South Africa and Cape Town then speak to Bruce! We planned to stay 6 nights and ended up staying 12! |
