Liked: Room was excellent, but HostelBookers did not send confirmation of my reservation to the hostel, so ... I was very lucky that they got one extra room for that night. Hostel in Zapolje OK, but HostelBookers.com - never again!

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
