About Vila Ema
Apartments Ema are on the ground and second floor of the renewed business house. It is family run, so we always do our best for our guests. Apartments are very comfortable, clean, and modern equiped. We have a lot of experience and we know what travelers value and what travelers need during their stay. All of our costumesr receive a map of the city and a lot of tourist and other useful informations, we know how to arrange daily trips, and much more.
Studio Garden View (Private bathroom) is on the ground flour, and it has its own teracce. It has a king size bed and is possible to accommodate up to three people (rollaway bed - extra charge 15 EUR/night);
Deluxe 1 Bedroom Apartment Garden View (Private bathroom) is on the second floor. It is very comfortable one bedroom apartment and it is possible to accommodate up to five people (double sofa bed + rollaway bed - extra charge 15 EUR/person/night);
Deluxe 2 Bedroom Apartment (Private bathroom) is on the same floor as Deluxe 1 Bedroom Apartment Garden View (Private bathroom) . It has two bedrooms and it is possible to accommodate up to six people (double sofa bed - extra charge 15 EUR/person/night/

Vila Ema is located on Vodovodna cesta (street) number 19, opposite the old Plecnik's stadium in the part of the city called BEZIGRAD: Although Bezigrad is a district in the northern part of Ljubljana, it is still officially considered to be part of the city centre. Access to the historical part of the city is easy: 15-20 min on foot; 5-10 minutes by bycicle; 5 minutes by car or by bus route 6, 6b, 8, 11; distance to main railway and bus station is a about one kilometer. It is an area of residential villas and industrial complexes, mostly visited by businessmen as many of the corporate offices Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre (Gospodarsko razstavisce), Konstrukta Business Centre and World Trade Centre) are located there. You will also find the beautifull small cemetery of St. Christopher's Church (Cerkev Sv. Kristofa) along with numerous examples of 20th century modern architecture, trendy bars, cafes and restaurants. Nearby are located a part of University of Ljubljana (FDV, Economics ...). If you are shoping then the BTC city is also not far away. BTC City is placed among the largest world business, shopping, recreational and entertainment centres in Europe.This is, in addition to the comparison with other centres, also testified by the fact that it attracts more and more visitors, consumers and business partners from abroad (over 450 shops, over 8.500 parking spaces, market hall, Water park Atlantis, Car Wash, Millenium Sports Centre, Casino Rio, Kolosej Multiplex Cinema, Entertainment Centre Arena several bars, meeting points, restaurants... The nearest supermarket Mercator is 100 m, a smaller grocery market in Blue Lagoon is located approximately 350 m from the apartaments.
Each apartment has its own parking area beside the house, protected with a fence.
Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the first nights cost of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the property’s conditions. Deposits paid are non refundable.
