The former prison on Metelkova street was renovated to become Hostel CELICA (CELICA = cell).Every cell has its own author or a group of authors that projected its creative transformation from a prison cell to a UNIQUE hostel CELL.

Hostel CELICA is situated in the heart of Ljubljana, just 300m from the central railway and bus station and approximately 1km from the city center (Prešeren Square and old town).


FROM CENTRAL TRAIN & BUS STATION: 5 minutes walking/2 minutes driving distance. Follow the blue street signs "Hostel Celica".
FROM AIRPORT: Ljubljana, Joze Pucnik Airport; 35 minutes drive. Take a bus, shuttle or a taxi to the Central bus and train station. Then follow the blue street signs "Hostel Celica".
FROM LJUBLJANA RING HIGHWAY: 25 minutes from the Highway ; exit at Ljubljana Center and follow the signs to the Central bus and train station. Then follow the blue street signs "Hostel Celica".
