Liked: The staffs were very friendly and very helpful. You can't beat the location. It is a short walk to everywhere in the center area.

Disliked: Not much to dislike. It would have been better if the property has the elevator for tourists who have big luggage, like me!

Liked: Room was very clean and well located. We arrived on the late train, after 11 at night, and they sent a taxi to pick us up at the station. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety and all you could eat.

Disliked: There was nothing to dislike about this place.

Liked: The central location was its principal attraction. Room adequate. First room allocated was small and depressing with no outlook. On request a larger, brighter room was provided. The room and other areas were clean.

Disliked: The main building containing reception and breakfast area is quite gloomy and uninviting. Reception staff were not particularly friendly and did not initiate advice or assistance unless asked. The shower invariably flooded the bathroom.

Liked: About 15 minutes walk from train/bus stations. Very central to everything we wanted to see, ie, the old city - so many places of history and interest. Very well priced considering the Hotel was so central to everything - good value.

Liked: Excelent located - right in the heart of the city. We had a room of 4 and we thought that we may find a tiny place with tiny beds. On the contrary - the room is very very big for a room of 4, extremely clean and confortable so we all voted that is excellent even for longer stays. It is indeed value for money!!
