Liked: Secure parking area, rooms are o.k., shared bathrooms also. Breakfast included, nice and helpful staff.

Disliked: at 6:30h the cleaning staff started to clean the bathrooms with an unbearable noise (yelling throughout the hostel and throwing cleaning material around). So, the night was over at 6:30h, but the bathrooms were clean early in the morning.

Liked: Good location, kitchen was a good size and the rooms were nice and spacious with plenty of room to store belongings

Disliked: only common room area was the kitchen, could have done with a separate area to meet other guests

Liked: Rooms were clean and large. The staff were pretty helpful and it was a bonus that breakfast was ok and thrown in for free!

Disliked: Didn't have a commonroom so not the most sociable hostel to stay in.

Liked: I think the place used to be a school. I got nostalgic vibes but if you're young and still in high school, you maybe wouldn't want to spend your holiday in a place like this! :)

Disliked: We couldn't find the hostel in the given address, they could be more precise.

Liked: It was helpful that the reception is open for 24h, because we arrived at Ljubljana station around 2:00am. The interior of the room was very nice and I felt it comfortable. The common area (shower room, toilets, etc.) is kept clean. The breakfast was not so special but nice to have. (Maybe it would be better, if the breakfast time is till 10:00am, but no big deal.) I would stay there again!

Liked: Staff was very friendly and always available! Everything was organized, bathroom and shower facilities were spacious, ample and very usable! Value for money was really ASTONISHING compared to the other hostel, where a part of our group spent the night.

Disliked: The shower facilities could use some updating and re-doing.

Liked: Really good place, very close to center, calm, clean. Friendly, helpful stuff, good breakfast, free WiFi, internet. Some food automats.

Disliked: Other peoples food in the citchen "called" the ants =)

Liked: Auberge très propre située dans un établissement scolaire, personnel disponible et très aimable. Confort des chambres, rien à redire! Petit déjeuner très copieux. Bien situé proche de la gare et du centre ville. Parking fermé à disposition. Très bonne surprise!

Liked: Despite having common toilets, they were very clean, something that you don't really expect at a youth hostel.

Disliked: There's no air conditioning. I never thought it'd be a factor, until I arrive in Ljubljana and the temperature was 35º.

Liked: clean, good location, free breakfast (cereal bread coffee etc), 24 hour reception, spacious rooms, great pillows!

Disliked: very impersonal and probably quite hard to meet people if travelling alone here. great place to sleep, bad place to spend any time

Liked: free internet and breakfast

Disliked: turned out to be student housing not a hostel so not a good place to meet other people, not much atmosphere - very big and spread-out. great if you just want a bed to sleep in, not if you're travelling alone and lookign to meet other travellers.

Liked: The hostel was a decent basic property, which offered everything you needed. We had a shower and toilet practically to ourselves, because of low occupancy, but this wouldn't have been much of a problem even if fully booked, as we did not have to share with many others.We also had a sink in the room, which is always good to have with shared bathrooms, Lockers in the rooms added to the security.

Disliked: The rooms, student dorms, were not quite on par with some other more recently fitted hostels, but still of a good enough standard. Security was mixed - being on a large complex, the rooms are somewhat protected by the one reception entry - but the outer door to our area didn't lock at all. Furthermore, you must leave your key with reception, which is handed back to you with no verification of who you are or that you are even staying with the hostel at all - which was slightly concerning.

Liked: Nice large room. Were a lot of people staying there but with no communal area it was difficult to meet people! Close to the train station so great place to stay and travel to lake bled if thats what your going to do!

Disliked: No communal area other than breakfast room. Showers and toilets weren't great and needed a refurb but served there purpose

Liked: Car parking facilities. Decent breakfast.

Disliked: Very, very basic. An old school blatantly and felt just like you were going back into a student room (stayed in one of the private twins rooms), desk and all!

Liked: Very central, has a free car park, breakfast not amazing but honest, nice mix of travelers there, reception was ok, overall it's cheap and good value for the money spent.

Disliked: The furniture in the private rooms is quite old and worn down, but still clean and in correct state. The keys are given without much control when left at the reception so it's better to keep your stuff in the lockers (in the room) at least.
