Liked: Free internet, free breakfast, plenty of maps and leaflets suggesting activities. Hot showers and clean bathroom.

Disliked: A double bed room actually means two twin beds. Room very basic.

Liked: This is by far the cleanness hostel that I have ever stayed throughout Europe. Very clean and neat. The walls are clean too!!!!

Disliked: The kitchen is in a mess. the pots and pans not enough and very dirty.

Liked: Everything was perfect in this Hostel. The staff is fantastic and speaks very good English, the rooms are huge, many toilets and showers, free breakfast in a huge room. I was informed that the building accomodates students of the University during the rest of the year (except for summer). Lockers in the rooms and luggage room available. I strongly recommend it to everyone!

Disliked: Nothing!!!

Liked: loads of toilets and showers, with new tiled bathrooms! always immaculately clean. top floor rooms needed a refurb, like the lower floors, but were perfectly adequate. I slept well! Rooms very big too and no bunks! Staff very helpful and professional.

Disliked: clean bathrooms, loads of sinks etc. big corridors, lots of space. breakfast better than most too, although very canteen like. Small grass area to sit and drink wine/beer too! Excellent location.

Liked: Free internet was great and the breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hostel. On a light note, incredible pillows.

Liked: The 10 bed dorm is rely good value though they don't give you pillows or blankets! The location is rely easy for the town and bus/coach station as well as the town.

Disliked: The staff weren't that helpful and there was always a que at reception. There wasn't much atmosphere either - its a massive site with lost of different floors and bulidings(I think its a school or Uni in term time) there is a kitchen but people don't seem to hang out there. Good for a night or two which is all the time you would need in Ljubljana anyway.

Liked: It's a school, when they close for summer break the hostel is open for July and August. So it feels like a typical dorm room in a school. Bathrooms are unisex (shared between men and women). The rooms are VERY basic. No doubles, single beds only. Having said all that, the location is pretty perfect and the facitiltes are sufficient, breakfast is a nice bonus and free Internet (not wi-fi) is great. It's a good cheap option for Ljubljana. It's not fancy, glamorous or even trendy, but it's good, clean accommodation.

Disliked: We booked a double, but got twin beds. The rooms were very basic and we were third floor with no lift. 300 plus beds means it feels like school camp.

Liked: We were in a 3 bed room, we had lockers and a sink. Good breakfast. Good location (10-15 min walk to the bus station and to the city center).

Disliked: No AC so it can be pretty hot. The furniture looks old and sometimes damaged. The staff gives you the key without verifying the identity so anyone could ask for any key.

Liked: Very, very close to train station and walking distance to everything. Very clean double rooms and clean bathrooms. Lots of information for travellers in the lobby on check in. Computers available to use. Decent continental breakfast, kitchen available for making food, cheap laundry

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The location - you could reach the station (bus & train) and the city center in a few minutes by foot.

Disliked: The room was dirty, there was one, smelly, old blanket, which we found carelessly thrown in one of the cupboards. The other cupboard couldn't be opened - I was lucky to have my sleeping bag!

Liked: It is like a students rooming house. Receptionists are very nice. Internet is for free. Parking is also for free.

Disliked: The breakfast is very poor. The room equipment and the blankets are old and in bad condition.

Liked: Good that there is breakfast. If you don't have breakfast, you better go to a charmant hostel, this isn't that charming. Just nice rooms in a big building.

Disliked: So big and the ANTZZZZZzz in the kitchen !!! (around the food and the spices etc)

Liked: Good location close to bus/train station and to the best sites of the city.

Disliked: Rooms were very basic and it had the feel of an old school. Lack of a common room/bar made it more difficult to meet people.

Liked: It was a big hosel near the city center and not far from the railwaystation. The rooms had big lockers where to put your things. There were at leaste two kitchens with good facilities. Good showers and toilets.

Disliked: The internet was free only for 20 minutes. And there were too many stears if you stayed in the 4th floor.
