Liked: Dic is a really huge hostel in the centre of Lbujlana and very cheap compering with another similar hostels. It seems in the past it used to be a childrens hospital because of the counters in each floor, bit weird but everything was really clean, and for the people we had to be there not noisy at all. We booked a room with three beds two bunks and normal one, and it was big and confortable. Toilets outside but just in front of our door were really clean too. A budget for backpackers for the money it costs you wont find nothing similar. The only thing we were dissapointed about was the staff, they seem like were always in a bad mood, not happy at all, smile sometime guys! but well, excluding this, everything was perfect in our stay at DIC!

Liked: Free internet, good showers, big windows, near the center of Ljubljana...Nice place to stay. The staff is really friendly.

Liked: Was about a 15 minute walk from central station. There were sketchy signs leading us to the hostel. Pretty far from things to do. Had to pass by a goth-like cult place. Felt safe inside the hostel, not so safe outside. Was just like a college dorm, very clean and plenty of space. Free internet. Breakfast for 3 euro was decent. Overall, we would recommend this hostel.

Liked: It felt like a big hospital ward, but for the value it was perfect, Breakfast was great, loads of free internet computers, location not too far walk to the heart of it.

Liked: it's central location - very conveniently near Ljubljana centre. It's a good value for money although the hostel was quite noisy at night and the toilets were not very clean. The breakfast for €3 was great value for money and very tasty full of good food.

Liked: So good that we decided to stay an extra two nights!! Short walk from all the city's attractions and all you can eat breakfast for only 3 euros!! What else could you want?!?

Liked: The free WIFI was very useful, but it was a good 20 min walk from the station. Do not follow google map directions for this place, though, as it takes into account the one way systems and adds an extra 15 mins onto the journey. Find a map ASAP - it will make your life a lot easier. Great place to meet people, very friendly, helpful staff.

Liked: This is pretty close to the centre and the station and good for having a cheap bed for a few nights. There was no lock on our door or in the rooms but this may be different in the other rooms with less people. One guy on the staff wasnt too friendly but others were helpful and recommended places to go. Not too much atmosphere from our experience but it was a cheap decent place to crash.
