Liked: We liked the friendly staff, faciilities, possibility to use the internet and pay by the credit card. We also liked the breakfast for a reasonable price.(coffee was no good). It was very convenient to park the car.

Disliked: It was a bit too noisy at night since there was a convention of some kind and the people were quite noisy. The accommodation was pretty basic and the overall price could have been a bit lower for

Liked: Good location, nice staff, fast internet with plenty of computers, breakfast is good and the rooms are cheap!

Disliked: It feels like you're squatting in a school. The rooms are particularly drab and they only provide one key per dorm, leading to numerous problems when entering and leaving. Not much of an atmosphere - could do with a decent common area to relax and meet people.

Liked: Free wifi all over the place, a part of some spots.Some social area outside the hostel.Quite good position, in 10 minutes walking distance to the center and 20 minutes to the train/bus station.

Disliked: It was/is a student dormitory so it lacks of character. Cleanness was barely sufficient, except of shared bathrooms that depends on how lucky you are with neighbor rooms occupants who use the same bathroom. (we were not lucky) The gym is now permanently closed and there are few social areas. The staff is more serious than friendly and fun and overall the dormitory atmosphere don't make people too eager to socialize.

Liked: cheap! fairly central. very helpful staff, free internet, many computers

Disliked: kitchens poorly equipped. Several computers were a bit dodgy. Noisy cleaning staff chatting loudly at 6 a.m every day. Things were stolen from fridge, asked staff it it had been cleaned and he said local people sometimes come in at night and take things. So why not have some sort of security check on such a big place if they know this is happening? Dorms are individually locked so that is not an issue.

Liked: Massive, meet loads of people but it looks like an old school which is a bit weird. The beds are head to toe instead of side by side as well.

Liked: This is one of the best all-around hostels on the trip, especially for the money. Paying for breakfast is a real value too. Free internet is awesome. This place is huge and has all the typical hostel conveniences, but never feels like a zoo. I LOVE Ljubljana, have stayed her twice, and will come again.

Liked: Breakfast was good.

Disliked: First of all they lost our booking, then the member of staff who checked us in was the most unhelpful and rudest man I have ever come across in my life. The lack of towels and bed linen in the dorm rooms was not advertised anywhere and then when I asked the man on reception (the same man already described above) he didn't want to give us any, even after I showed him your website where it says that linen is included. He then proceeded to argue with me, but pretended to speak little English, at which point the arguement continued in German. Finally I got some linen, but the way in which he spoke to me was disgraceful.

Liked: Descent distance to the main attractions in Ljubljana. Fairly prized.

Disliked: The man in the reception was not service minded at all. I spent 4 euros on a beverage machine who didnt work and didnt return my money. He just shook his head and said it wasnt his problem. Actually one of the other accommodants wrote a note for him in english saying "out of order" to hang on the machine, so that others could avoid loosing money as I did. The room was very warm, and all the mosquitos outside made it not tempting to open the window. Especially since our room had a big window over the door, facing the inner hall(!). Of course there were many people in the hall after our bedtime, swichting the lights on and off.
