Liked: good for an overnight stay, aslong as you have your own map or recommendations of where to go, staff wont help!! we asked someone in the centre of town. very hard to find as the hostel isnt sign posted we just saw the hostel bookers sticker.

Liked: Location is very close to the center, the hostel doesn't have a car park but you can find parking close.not for free of course.We raccomand to rent the bike in the hostel because is a very good way to visit Lubiana.

Liked: The hostel is in the heart of the old town and a few steps from the river. It has a lot of character and is a sweet place to stay. It is very clean and bathrooms are spacious. Free internet with four available computers with flat screen and a printer at reception. A night it is quiet so I slept well. During the day the reception area with sofa and a T.V. (and the computers) provides a lively space to meet people during the day.

Liked: room was quite nice but the bathroom was not that great. the hot water was on and off, 1 shower door was missing so the whole bathroom was completely soaking wet, there was no hand soap and rooms didnt have air con. but overal, the staff was nice. there was free internet and computer use and very close to town centre. would recommend to others - hopefully they will fix up the bathroom.

Liked: Nice place. Quite small, but modern with helpful staff. Good location, right near the Dragons bridge.Double room was nice, but I think a bit overpriced, especially with having to share the bathroom.

Liked: pretty much perfect - the staff couldn't have been much more helpful if they tried...minus a slightly dodgy stove and a lack of chopping board and this would have bee absolutely spot on - clean, modern, great location....it's even good for meeting people!

Liked: The best thing about HSC is it's location on the river near the old part of Ljubljana... there was a nice little Italian restaurant around the corner and a good Slovenian place not far away either.

Liked: Great hostel generally. I would highlight two things I like most about the hostel. The location is just brilliant, 3 mins walking from the very center of Ljubljana but still the street the hostel is located on is quiet enough to have a rest when needed. The staff at the hostel is more than helpfull and keep the atmosphere of whole place very relaxed. Thank you guys!

Liked: The hostel was more like a home than anything. Nicely decorated and comfortable. My only criticism would be that for huge periods of the day there would be no-one on the reception desk or even staffing the hostel. This, to me, presented a security and safety risk as anyone could walk in and also an inconvenience as any enquiries could not be asked when wanted and when we left bags in the luggage room we couldn't be sure anyone would be there to get them out.

Liked: location was PERFECT! the main building is v. nice and clean. we stayed in the older building though and it was not totally clean .. when we got there, the sink was clogged, and the bathrooms were all wets from showers, without someone taking care of them. the private rooms were likely v. nice though! shower pressure is excellent, free internet is a HUGE plus, the staff is great and v. helpful. would stay again.

Liked: The hostel was centrally located, just two blocks away from the triple bridge and the railway/bus station. It was really clean, and it had all sort of facilities. I would definitely stay there again. Real good value for money.
