Liked: I stayed in a 4-bed room. My room size was sort of ok, locker is big, but not sure why the locker was not placed next to its corresponding bed. If you just want a bed to sleep for the night then its good enough as its v.close to city center and reasonably close to main transport.

Disliked: It actually took me ~15 min (instead of 5 min written in website) to walk (with luggage) from Ljublijana station. Common area & kitchen were very small. The shower shield was missing (probably broken) during my stay, so the bathroom floor was flooding every night. The service was standard, but don't expect the reception lady be very helpful and flexible.

Liked: Small, charming. Friendly staff, good location and good value for money.

Disliked: The only negative thing was that the bathroom wasn't really clean when I came back at night. It was also a bit difficult to find since there was no visible sign on the street

Liked: The hotel has great potential, but unfortunately half of it is unfinished and we were placed in a room still under construction (despite booking four months in advance) with a makeshift bed, a dust blanket for a curtain, and a dusty incomplete floor. We arrived during a heavy storm and were unapologetically told there was no hot water available (this persisted even when the weather turned nice again). We were disappointed not to have been offered a reduction considering the state of our room, especially once we learned that other rooms (those pictured) are complete and well-furnished.But it is in a fantastic location, very near all the main sites, the train and bus stations and opposite a supermarket. The kitchen facilities were definitely helpful considering the dreadful weather. Could be a great place to stay when it's finished!

Liked: Great location and had computers available with internet.

Disliked: They don't accept credit cards and our bill for two nights wasn't small. The receptionist was defensive when we were asking her about the credit card thing and didn't handle herself well in terms of customer service.

Liked: the rooms were good. beds were comfy showers were hot.

Disliked: The receptionist was very blunt - rude to some of the customers which would put a lot of people off. the hostels washing machines were in our oom which was not really what we wanted as all teh hostels laudry was being done in our room.

Liked: Our room was great, spacious and clean. The communal area was really nice with lots of information available and small kitchen. Internet access was also great. The best location in the city, right by the Dragon Bridge.

Disliked: The only negative point was the lack of shower screen/curtain in the bathroom which meant that the bathroom floor was a permanent lake of water which got gradually dirtier throughout the day!

Liked: Superb location, great that there was a 3-bed dorm, so our group had the whole room to ourselves! Free internet as well, and not bad kitchen facilities

Disliked: The shower door was broken in the bathroom, so there was always water everywhere. The hostel was otherwise very clean, but this small problem could easily have been solved by putting a curtain up or by putting a mop in the bathroom so people could mop up after showering. Apart from this, everything else abpout this hostel was brilliant

Liked: Nothing.

Disliked: I've booked this hostel for 2 nights. Unfiortunately, I've missed a train and had to stay in another city, so I called them and said that I can't spend the first night there, but I would stay for the second one. When I came to their place, they made me pay for two nights, regardless that I called them. SO - THIS HOSTEL SUCKS! Another bad things are dirty bathrooms, boring atmosphere.

Liked: Very clean and the included kitchens are a nice bonus, especially or the price.

Disliked: I found the staff extremely unhelpful, and this is in direct comparison with other hostels in Ljubljana. We were trying to find our way to Venice that wasn't the 2AM direct train, and here the staff simply shrugged their shoulders and said they had no idea. Elsewhere, the staff was looking things up online for me, suggesting options by bus, going the extra mile. They were also quite curt here regarding the deposit.

Liked: Bed was comfortable, free internet great and staff nice and friendly. Big lockers in the rooms were a positive surprise.

Disliked: The shower head was broken and taking a shower wasn´t that nice. Also the shower door was missing and the bathroom floor got really wet and it was quite disgusting after several people showering and walking there with their shoes on.

Liked: From what I could tell each room is a separate 'apartment' across the way from the reception/tv/kitchen room. It was clean, had a good location and very safe.

Liked: The location was perfect, right in the Old Town, with lots of bars and cafes nearby. We had a private ensuite room; everything was nice and clean including the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers. However, we were kept awake all night by noisy people talking in the communal area outside our room.

Liked: I have entered bad to each section just to emphasise what we thought of the property, Location was in fact is okay. The rest was not. This particular room should not be offered for accommodation as it is probably a health hazard. It is also considerably overpriced given the circumstances ( we paid the same price for this room as was offered for other double rooms). Security was also a problem as there was not a proper security lock on room door. We did not discuss these problems with staff as we arrived late. Instead we took photos of the room and would make those available.In conclusion it is worth noting we have been travelling for 3 months and have never put in a negative criticism of any accommodation we have stayed in.
