Reaaly good value for money on this hotel/hostel. Really felt more like a two star-hotel, rather than what I'm used to a "hostel" being. Very few "true" hostels offer phone and TV on the room, in my experience. Situated one minute's walk from the "beginning" of the inner city shopping/eating/sightseeing areas.

Desk staff were very friendly and a great assistance with information about timetables, sites and general enquires. The indoor and outdoor cafe/bar was a great place to chill-out by yourself or with friends. The only down side was that noise from the square in front of the high-rise hostel tended to be amplified into your room late at night.

Not bad at all. Not exactly abundant with Slovenian character but had almost everything we could need. Free internet not the worlds quickest but OK. Day time staff very friendly and accommodating indeed, the night staff maybe slightly less so. Double en suite room was perfect, whereas the dorm room was slightly lacking. Overall very much recommended for a short stay.

It was clean, staff were very friendly. Though do be ready to update your key card every day if you're staying more than one day, the system doesn't seem to understand that concept. It is just on the border of the old town. About 10 minute walk from the hub of the old town, but you don't notice it at all.

As the hostel was the top floor of a hotel we had all the hotel facilities, including free internet and 24/7 reception. Also very nice, clean rooms.

Stayed there one night. Room was very basic. Shared shower was fine. Interesting twin bed arrangement - beds in a line! Location midway between centre and train station.

Free linens, towel, soap and shampoo, large private twin room, 3 minutes from train station and easy to find. Twins without shower were booked so they gave us one with a shower for the same price.

While the members of staff were really nice the hostel itself is literally just a bed and nothing else, no communal area to hang out.
