Liked: Amazing setting and a great place to unwind after a day on the river or in a canyon, or just to get out of the city. Surprisingly comfortable for what is effectively camping.

Disliked: Pass on the breakfast at the farmhouse and buy your own food, it'll be cheaper and better.

Liked: very communal type easy going atmosphere. beautiful setting

Disliked: cold showers. kitchen a bit basic and not lit at night and no washbasin in kitchen and no hot water to wash up. Small problems but could be easily overcome and the dorm buidling for the same price seemed to have all these things including hot showers....

Liked: basically it was the end of the season, we booked for 2 nights camping, then were moved from camping to another hostel, not really camping which we wanted. Whatever... Then we were given the bill for the stay, the accomodation was increased in price, which was different from the website price, so we payed more. Then we were charged for some food that we did not even want, they give you some of their food, then CHARGE you for it, thats rubbish. We already explained about 10 times that we had already eaten, but they insisted we try their food, without any mention of cost, you only find out when you pay the bill. Basically for 2 nights we were overcharged 30-40 euros. Exellent loaction, activities are great, but it was all very misleading, ASK questions before, and question any overcharge.

Liked: Need to be aware that this is really just a campsite with a few very small tents rather than a hostel.Also one of the reasons for staying was to do white water rafting but it was 8 Euros more expensive than companies in Bovec.

Liked: We liked the camp a lot, the lean to was cosy and the campsite very original and in an amazing setting. The activities on offer were really great and definitely recommended. The only downside was the staff were really not particularly friendly and welcoming when we first arrived and seemed a bit disorganized. If there are plenty of other guests there it is good fun and sociable, but it was initially very quiet during our stay and we felt rather ignored by the staff.

Liked: the willingness of staff to arrange activities. Good environment to mingle with other travellers. Able to stay in a camping environment without having to take all your own camping equipment.
