The people who ran the Villa were really friendly. We had an awesome balcony that had a view over Lake Bled though it was a really old and slightly delapitated building.

It was such a cozy place, it looks like a traditional slovenian house. It was a bit hard to find at night however, but local people were very friendly and we managed.

Very cheap and good location next to Bled lake. Dilapidated and a bit deserted- it's really just someone's house with extra rooms- but it was clean, although cold when we went. Free internet but no kitchen or breakfast included, and beds creaky and uncomfortable. Overall, ok for a cheap stay, and you can have breakfast in the little internet cafe at the shopping centre 5 mins away, which is great value for money.

Solid hostel. Cute house. Quite clean. Great price for Bled and very close to the lake. A little hard to find (especially given Lonely Planet's horrific map of the area), but in the heart of things nevertheless.
My only misgivings would be that the internet access was pretty much nonexistent because the internet was down and bathrooms were often in use.

Good central location. Could do with a lick of paint but you get what you pay for. Very friendly/helpful owner. Free internet access. Bring your own towels!

Very simple hostel, but excellent value for money of you just want somewhere to sleep. The rooms were large, airy and clean. The location is excellent.

We had a nice big and clean room, the manager was quite helpful in recommending restaurants and such like. The place is the other end of the lake-front from the bus station, but that's still only a 10-15 minute walk.
